Who Does the Work
A licence sits behind every job, plumbing or gas. The houses here come from three periods: fibro or weatherboard cottages from the 1960s, brick veneer from the 1980s and 1990s, and large new homes replacing older ones on the ocean-view blocks.

What You Get on Every Job
Available 24/7. It costs nothing to get us out to your door (excluding after-hours).
We provide up-front, honest quotes that will always match the final price, should you decide to go ahead. That way the invoice holds no surprises. Susan found the same: "Recently, they went above and beyond the quote to fix another problem. We are very pleased with their reliability, professionalism and reasonable costing."
Every job carries our 365-day warranty on all work.
How a Booking Runs
You ring or send the form, and we ask enough to bring the right gear. A plumber inspects on site and sets a fixed figure before any work starts.
The job is done, the site is left tidy and the paperwork follows.
The Work and Where We Cover It
The four main services each have a hub: emergency plumbing, blocked drains, hot water and gas fitting.
Four more have their own pages: finding hidden leaks, rental and strata jobs, coastal gutter guards and business premises.
Caves Beach is covered along with its neighbours, each with a page: Plumber Swansea, Plumber Swansea Heads and Plumber Pinny Beach.
Questions People Ask Before Booking
Do you really pick up at 2am?
Yes. The phone is answered at night, and after-hours work carries its own rate, which you hear before a plumber is sent.
Do you cover the whole peninsula?
Swansea, Swansea Heads and Pinny Beach are all covered, so any address on this part of the coast books through the one number.
Ring (02) 4063 3469 or use the contact form, where the service area and hours are set out.
